The salary range for this position is $110,585 to $149,615. RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Market Analysis, Feasibility & Partner Engagement Conduct market-level analysis of clinical capacity, including availability of hospitals, outpatient sites, and specialty rotations required to support proposed program offerings. Engage prospective clinical partners to validate capacity assumptions, understand site constraints, and identify opportunities to expand placement availability. Identify risks related to limited specialty access (e.g., OB, peds, behavioral health) and develop mitigation strategies, including targeted partnership development, to inform go/no-go decisions. Deliver structured clinical feasibility assessments and market insights to senior leadership to support market selection, prioritization, and expansion planning. Advise senior leadership on growth opportunities and constraints based on clinical capacity, partner landscape, and overall market conditions. Clinical Relationship Development & Capacity Strategy Identify, develop, and manage relationships with clinical partners across assigned markets to support new and existing program needs. Lead outreach and engagement efforts to secure clinical affiliation agreements aligned with program and market expansion goals. Assess and validate clinical capacity (slots, specialties, scheduling constraints) in partnership with clinical sites to inform enrollment projections, campus sizing, and program mix. Collaborate with internal clinical operations teams to transition secured partnerships and capacity into execution, ensuring alignment with cohort planning and start cadence. Provide market-level insights on clinical availability, risks, and opportunities to inform expansion strategy and prioritization. Travel regularly within assigned markets to meet with clinical partners in person, fostering trust and strengthening relationships that support long-term collaboration and capacity growth. Clinical Requirements & Entry Pathways Research and document site-specific and system-level requirements for securing clinical placements, including applications, lead times, and approval processes. Analyze student onboarding requirements (e.g., background checks, immunizations, EMR training, fees) and incorporate implications into market planning and timelines. Define program-aligned timelines for clinical access that inform cohort start planning and regulatory readiness. Ensure prospective clinical sites align with course-level student learning outcomes and requirements set by programmatic accreditors and regulatory bodies. Pre-Launch Clinical Readiness & Operational Handoff Support the establishment of initial clinical partnerships and readiness activities required to enable first cohort launch in new markets. Confirm that foundational clinical affiliation agreements and partner commitments are secured to support program start. Coordinate structured transition of ongoing clinical placement operations to the appropriate internal clinical operations team post-launch. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure clear expectations, documentation, and continuity of clinical processes through and beyond the handoff phase.
