Clinical Education Specialist

Department: Global Clinical Remote Support Location: Madrid Reports To: Global Head of Clinical Affairs & Education, Clear Correct Job Summary The Clinical Education Specialist Europe plays a critical role that provides virtual clinical support to onboard and educates customers to improve their proficiency with clear aligners. The role, additionally, provides continuous customer education and as well as global education activities to develop content and continuous improvement based on customer feedback. This role is part of high-performance team that delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and aligns with company goals. This position requires clinical and orthodontic knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Key Responsibilities A. Education Work closely with the regional sales team to activate ClearCorrect users, support new customers onboarding and increase case utilization rate, reducing time to proficiency for ClearCorrect providers. Provide clinical training to providers via online group presentation and 1:1 clinical support for aligners and digital workflow adoption for current and new customers (retail and dental service organizations). Collaborate with the education curriculum and hybrid (virtual and in-person) programs to ensure implementation of global strategy. Act as the 2nd-level consultant to providers who need assistance on difficult cases, to ensure excellent provider experience and optimal clinical outcome for ClearCorrect providers. B. Clinical Confidence Development Work closely with key providers to establish treatment protocols and preferences in aligner therapy, for current ClearCorrect products as well as for future new product launches. Support marketing team for User Acceptant Tests (UAT) and collection of clinical cases for the clinical case gallery and provide all required support for products launches. Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, and R&D teams to support the generation and use clinical evidence in current product and future launches, claims substantiation, and educational materials. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Minimal Qualifications DDS/DMD/BDS (Foreign or Domestic) Post Degree in Orthodontics 5+ years of work experience as Orthodontist 1+ year of experience working in Orthodontics with clear aligners Strong understanding of orthodontic clinical biomechanics, clinical protocols and aligner therapy Intra Oral Scanning and Digital workflow abilities Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners Experience working in a cross-cultural or regional/global matrix environment Language: English (Fluent), Spanish (Fluent), French (preferred) Expected travel 10% Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree preferred Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric Presentation Skills Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools Personal attributes & cultural fit Energetic, straightforward, and performance-driven professionality with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to celebrate successes and inspire a motivational team environment Effective relationship builder Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
