Apply Description Preferred Location: Los Angeles, CA, near a major airport. Territory: Southern CA, NV; and the entire states of AZ, UT, WY, CO, NM and HI. POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Educator will manage clinical operations in their assigned territory. This will include product installation and training to customers, clinical complaint management, field sales support and continuing education, with the overall goal of achieving company sales objectives within their regions while maintaining the efficacy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: The Clinical Educator has general responsibilities for all aspects of customer training management in the assigned territory. This includes meeting with regional sales team and assisting with achieving the territory sales quotas and objectives. Deliver customer training on company equipment using demonstrated ability to perform installation and training sessions. Develop proficiency through comprehensive home office and field training and administer customer training per the installation and training presentations, Quick Reference Guides, and available resources using the currently approved treatment parameters. Implement effective follow-up training to ensure and monitor efficacy, while developing physician(s) and staff advocates within the practice. Manage territory clinical operations with regards to reinforcing good clinical practice, investigating, and resolving clinical complaints, and maintaining sales organization education standards. Support sales organization practice marketing efforts to drive pulse pack sales to ensure accounts within territory are performing the required internal and external promotion for device procedures. Support capital representative for regional sales related activities when needed, i.e., clinical evaluations, demos, workshops. Time management is essential, especially towards the end of month/quarter/year. Support customer clinical research activities as a field clinical research liaison. Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products, especially in laser/energy-based devices. 70-85% travel required to customer accounts, patient seminars, trade shows, workshops, special events, or other field co-travel. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Sofwave Medical with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Always include professional standard of dress and courtesy. Maintain consistent communication with VP of Clinical Education, Regional Sales Manager (s), Regional Sales Director (s) and sales team on all matters related to the territory. Completing clinical administrative responsibilities including, updating clinical account activities in Sofwave Medical’s computer customer database. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) RN, NP, PA, Esthetician, or related license required BA/BS preferred 5+ years of industry experience Minimum of 2 plus years work experience in a clinical or health care field. Experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic field is preferred. Must have previous training experience in a clinical practice with experience positioning and promoting procedures within the practice to maximize utilization and sales. Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills are required. Must have clear, confident oral presentation skills. Strong organizational skills including the ability to plan effectively, and manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously. Ability to self-start, manage one's projects and responsibilities with minimal oversight. Ability to effectively work independently with extensive travel. Ability to assimilate highly technical and complex information quickly and discuss at a high level with customers/colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office applications including Teams, Share Point, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and assist in the creation and refinement of company procedures. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and report on findings.
