Be Part Of A Dynamic Team
Join a growing U.S.-based staffing team supporting clients across life sciences, technology, engineering, financial services, professional services, and corporate functions. This role was created to strengthen delivery for clinical, scientific, biotech, and GxP-related openings while also supporting broader enterprise requisitions.
This is a strong fit for a recruiter who enjoys variety, can quickly learn new domains, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving staffing environment where quality, speed, and ownership matter.
What’s In Store For You
This is a fully remote opportunity supporting U.S.-based clients and hiring teams. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and delivery leaders while taking ownership of specialized searches across life sciences and other enterprise hiring needs.
You will have the opportunity to support a mix of niche and high-impact roles, build stronger domain knowledge across multiple industries, and contribute directly to client delivery.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Own sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement for life sciences, biotech, clinical research, laboratory, scientific, and GxP-related roles.
- Support broader enterprise requisitions when life sciences volume is lighter, including IT, engineering, finance, capital markets, professional services, and corporate roles.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, talent mapping, referrals, and passive outreach.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to understand role requirements, prioritize searches, and submit qualified candidates with strong writeups.
- Screen candidates for technical/domain alignment, communication, availability, compensation expectations, work setup, and overall fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, follow-ups, and activity tracking.
- Help improve sourcing coverage across hard-to-fill roles by sharing market insights, search strings, candidate trends, and sourcing challenges.
- Represent opportunities professionally and provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through next steps.
