Job Description Summary The Clinical Operations Specialist (COS) plays a key role in delivering high-quality training, workflow configuration, and customer support for MIM Software’s advanced imaging solutions. Working closely with an Implementation Project Manager and Clinical Applications Specialist, you will guide sites through successful deployments and serve as the primary clinical representative preparing the customer for a successful go live. You’ll serve in an operational role, supporting the clinical applications function with scheduling, ensuring customer readiness for training and go-live, and updating internal department documentation. MIM Software is a leader in PET, NM, and multimodality imaging. In this role, you’ll guide clinicians at top hospitals and cancer centers, shape their imaging workflows, and support them in achieving optimal clinical outcomes. This position offers autonomy, variety, and meaningful customer interaction as you represent MIM/GE Healthcare during critical implementation phases. We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Operations Specialist with strong Nuclear Medicine (NM) and PET expertise to support customers across the US and Canada (USCAN). Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Contribute to the solution implementation with knowledge and experience of the specific industry domain . During the implementation phase, analyze workflows, configure clinical software applications, coordinate and plan customer training , provide remote support during go-live and throughout the lifecycle of the solution. Prepare customers for software applications training by conducting dry-run testing , leading remote pre-training, and completing the training readiness process with the customer. Assist with updating the team training schedule , working closely with leadership to ensure that resources are available, and customer projects are on track . Continuously broaden your own clinical and technical skills set to execute a solid training strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. Ensure consistent and timely completion of all documentation requirements throughout the pre- to post-training phases. Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and relay all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to Management, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support . Guide the customer through clinical decisions during implementation, including clinical configurations set-up, review, and workflow approval . Communicate relevant product intelligence, including customer concerns, opportunities, and competitive information, to appropriate internal parties . Ensure a compliant, ethical culture and adhere to the highest ethical standards . Required Qualifications For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). 5+ years medical imaging experience in nuclear medicine Certification: ARRT or equivalent certification specific to the NM or PET modality preferred. Minimal travel within USCAN ( up to 10 % ) Strong organizational skills for scheduling and managing documentation requirements. Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Good Clinical and Technical Knowledge to resolve issues within established procedures, with the judgment to consult senior team members for issues outside defined parameters. Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships. Proficient use of software applications (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to quickly learn specialized, industry-specific software to provide digital education solutions. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills . Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
