Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with physicians and clinical leadership. Experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical software, EMRs, or oncology information systems is preferred. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% to customer sites, conferences, and team meetings, including occasional international travel. Competitive base salary and performance incentives. Comprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision). 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match. Generous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave & Holidays). Flexible remote work environment.
