We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults. This is an excellent part or full-time opportunity for a psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration while building a thriving outpatient practice. Conroe and CyFair, Texas Flexible scheduling Full administrative support Established referral network Insurance-based outpatient practice No hospital call No inpatient responsibilities Collaborative team of therapists and behavioral health professionals Compensation Unlimited earning potential based on productivity Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date) Current DEA registration Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in-person visits Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working as part of a collaborative outpatient team Values authentic relationships with patients Practices evidence-based psychiatry with compassion Is organized, dependable, and clinically excellent Wants the freedom to build a schedule that supports both patients and personal well-being Why Soluna Psychiatry?
