Clinical Psychologist

Confidential

Is this job info correct?

The opportunity

A well-established, multidisciplinary healthcare practice is confidentially seeking a registered Clinical Psychologist to join a growing clinical team. This is a permanent role with a strong, stable employer that offers the clinical variety and support of a group practice without the administrative burden of running your own.

You would carry a balanced caseload of assessment and treatment work, supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team, mentorship, and modern clinical tools. The practice serves a broad client base spanning children, adults, and older adults, with a focus on trauma recovery and rehabilitation.

Why this role stands out

  • Salaried stability at a competitive rate, with no billing, invoicing, or practice overhead to manage
  • A genuinely hybrid schedule blending clinic, community, and dedicated work-from-home time for documentation
  • Full health benefits for you and your family, plus an employer-matched retirement plan
  • Ongoing mentorship, training, and support for continuing education
  • Clear paths into senior and team-leadership roles as the practice grows
  • A collaborative, supportive culture that values your clinical judgement

What you will do

  • Complete psychological assessments and evaluations, and formulate diagnoses
  • Design and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to clients across a range of presentations and age groups
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
  • Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and reports

What we are looking for

These are firm requirements. Please only apply if you meet them:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, authorized for autonomous practice
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence, as the role includes community-based visits
  • Willingness to work in person across clinic and community settings (this is not a remote-only position)
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centred approach

Considered a strong asset:

  • Experience in the motor vehicle accident (MVA) sector
  • Report writing for insurers, adjusters, or legal counsel
  • WSIB or catastrophic (CAT) assessment experience

How to apply

This is a confidential search managed on behalf of the employer. Qualified candidates are invited to apply in confidence, and full details about the practice, locations, and team will be shared with shortlisted applicants. All enquiries are handled discreetly.
