ABOUT THE ROLE Role type: This is a temporary W2 Full-Time, Salaried position Contract length: 6 months Location: Remote in the U.S. Start date: September 2026 Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our clinical recruitment efforts and collaborate with teams across Cartwheel to meet recruiting needs. As a temporary member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. Reporting to Cartwheel’s Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will have experience in clinical recruiting, expert sourcing skills, a strategic mindset, and "world class" interpersonal skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. Play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment strategy. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. WHO YOU ARE Have a minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent. Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment hiring licensed mental health therapists Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Experience with Gem (ATS, sourcing, and reporting platform), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed (sourcing) The above is a summary of the role, not an exhaustive list.
