Clinical Talent Partner

Augmentive

Is this job info correct?

Help build the relationships that make thoughtful, dependable care possible.

Augmentive was founded to make finding and accessing the right mental health support easier. We bring together consultant-led psychiatric care and a wider network of mental health professionals, supporting people with ADHD, autism and broader mental health needs. Our approach combines compassionate, personalised care with technology that makes accessing and coordinating support simpler.

We’re looking for an experienced, personable and proactive Clinical Talent Partner to help us grow and nurture our clinical network. You’ll find and build relationships with psychiatrists and nurses, alongside recruiting the medical secretaries who help our services run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with our Head of People and clinical leaders, taking ownership of recruitment from first conversation through to offer and a well-coordinated start. You’ll also stay connected with clinicians over time, understanding what matters to them and helping build lasting relationships with Augmentive.

We already have a strong core clinical team and an established hiring process. You’ll have a foundation to build on, with room to improve how we find people, welcome them and keep them engaged.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Find and connect with the right people. Use direct outreach, professional networks and referrals to reach clinicians whose experience and approach fit our service, including those who may not be actively looking.
  • Build relationships over time. Keep in touch with prospective and current clinicians, understand their interests and availability, and work with colleagues to support their ongoing engagement with Augmentive.
  • Plan ahead with the team. Work with the Head of People and clinical leaders to understand upcoming needs and build a network of suitable candidates before vacancies become urgent.
  • Own the recruitment journey. Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offers, keeping things moving and giving every candidate clear, considerate communication.
  • Support a thorough, welcoming start. Coordinate the required professional registration, DBS and reference checks with the relevant colleagues, ensuring outstanding requirements are resolved before someone starts.
  • Improve how we work. Build on our existing process and lead the introduction of an applicant tracking system, supporting accurate records, responsible handling of candidate data and consistent follow-up.
  • Use information thoughtfully. Track recruitment progress, candidate engagement and hiring outcomes, sharing useful updates and identifying where we can improve.

We’d like to hear from people who bring:

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment. You’ve successfully recruited clinical professionals and understand the care, judgement and attention to detail this requires.
  • A proactive approach to finding people. You’re comfortable reaching out, starting conversations and developing relationships that may lead to an opportunity further down the line.
  • Warmth and credibility. You listen carefully, understand what candidates are looking for and represent opportunities honestly.
  • Care with the details. You understand the importance of professional registration, safeguarding checks, confidentiality and accurate records, and you follow through on outstanding requirements.
  • Organisation and momentum. You can manage several searches and relationships at once, prioritise well and keep candidates and colleagues informed.
  • A collaborative, practical mindset. You work well with clinical and operational colleagues, use feedback constructively and turn ideas into improvements.

We welcome applicants from both agency and in-house recruitment backgrounds. Experience recruiting within mental health, developing clinician networks or introducing recruitment systems would be helpful.

At Augmentive, the relationships you build will help people access the right care and help clinicians find a service they want to be part of. You’ll join a small team where your contribution is visible, your judgement is valued and you have real ownership of your work.

We offer highly competitive rates. Our preference is for hybrid working in London, but we’re also open to discussing remote arrangements. Success will be reflected in timely hiring, thoughtful candidate experiences and lasting relationships.

We care about how we work together: treating people with respect, following through on commitments and helping one another deliver thoughtful, dependable care.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including neurodivergent people. We value both lived experience and the perspectives gained from supporting others. Please let us know if you need any adjustments during the recruitment process.

If you enjoy finding talented people, building trust over time and seeing those relationships contribute to better care, we’d welcome hearing from you.
