Assess legacy on-prem server environments to determine application dependencies, sizing requirements, and optimal migration path (rehost, replatform, or refactor) into Azure Impact Level 5/6 (IL5/IL6) environments. Develop migration wave plans, sequencing workloads by mission priority, technical complexity, and Authority to Operate (ATO) status. Coordinate with Flank Speed cloud engineering teams, Authorizing Officials, and cybersecurity stakeholders to validate that migrated workloads meet DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) controls for the target impact level. Design and document target-state cloud architecture, including networking, storage, identity integration, and security boundaries within Flank Speed Azure.
