What You'll do: - Design, build, and maintain modern, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Terraform (with Terragrunt), and EKS; - Take full ownership of infrastructure components, ensuring they follow best practices; - Implement GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD and Atlantis to drive consistency and automation; - Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment for repeatability and reliability; - Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, supporting development teams to deliver quickly and with high quality; - Use GitHub for version control and effective collaboration; - Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to foster growth and knowledge sharing; - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, clean code, strong documentation, and shared ownership; - Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: - Proven hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and RDS, including optimization of cloud usage; - Deep knowledge of Terraform (preferably with Terragrunt) and infrastructure as code principles; - Solid practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments; - Familiarity with GitOps tools and workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Atlantis); - Experience managing Helm charts and integrating them within GitOps processes; - Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and team collaboration; - Strong scripting or coding abilities in Python; - Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs across multiple environments; - Passion for automation and eliminating manual processes; - Strong commitment to best practices in security, scalability, and cost efficiency; - Experience mentoring and supporting engineering peers; - Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
