The Role Your role As a Project Lead or Sub Lead for cloud migration and modernization initiatives, you will lead teams and drive customers’ cloud adoption and IT transformation. By supporting migrations from on-premises environments to the cloud, you will help customers create business value. What you will do • Plan, design, and build cloud migrations from on-premises environments to AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms • Drive modernization of cloud platforms and infrastructure environments • Manage projects across requirements definition, design, build, testing, and migration • Lead the team as a Project Manager or Sub Lead depending on project size • Support technical discussions, issue resolution, automation, and efficiency improvement with customers Who You Are Required skills and experience • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience in cloud migration or infrastructure modernization projects • Experience designing and building infrastructure environments • Experience as a project lead or team lead • Basic knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security Preferred skills and experience • Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or similar tools • Project Manager experience or experience managing large-scale projects • Experience designing and building multi-cloud environments • Experience in customer-facing discussions and proposals • Knowledge or experience with data platforms or AI platforms Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
