We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Security DevOps Engineer to support an enterprise-scale Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) program. Operating within an in-house technology consultancy at a global consulting firm, you will bridge deep hyperscaler security expertise with horizontal service delivery (Controls, Tooling, Remediation, and Reporting) to automate and scale security across multi-cloud environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerized workloads.
• Implementing automated compliance checks and Security as Code / Policy as Code pipelines.
• Building and optimizing remediation automations to reduce manual operational effort and improve MTTR.
• Integrating CSPM tooling (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Prisma, Defender) with enterprise workflows like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Operationalizing new CSPM capabilities, tuning alerting pipelines, and aggressively reducing false positives and noise.
• Taking end-to-end ownership to deliver complex features and contribute to strategic service improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of proven experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering operating at an expert SecDevOps level.
• Consultant mindset: Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning multi-stakeholder priorities.
• Track record of delivering complex, automation-driven cloud security architectures at large enterprise scale.

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience in at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), with multi-cloud proficiency preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and Security/Policy as Code.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with CSPM / CNAPP platforms (Orca, Prisma, Wiz, or Defender) and CI/CD security integration.
• Solid background in Kubernetes security, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.

• Hybrid Work Model (Budapest, Hungary).
