Cloud Security Project Manager - Wiz

Description Position Overview Information Security Project Manager to lead a critical cloud security initiative within the Security PMO organization. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation and rollout of Wiz. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience supporting enterprise security and cloud technology implementations, with the ability to coordinate across technical teams, leadership stakeholders, vendors, and professional services partners. This individual will be expected to step into the project quickly, establish momentum, and ensure successful delivery of key milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead project management efforts for the enterprise deployment and adoption of Wiz within Relativity's cloud security environment. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including security, cloud engineering, infrastructure, leadership, and third-party partners. Act as the primary liaison between Relativity stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring alignment on project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting using Jira. Facilitate project governance meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communications. Partner closely with product leadership, and technical SMEs to ensure business and security requirements are met. Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive mitigation plans. Manage dependencies across internal teams and professional services resources. Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, and implementation activities align with organizational security objectives. Support change management, communication planning, and user adoption efforts where appropriate. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise technology or information security initiatives. Experience managing cloud security, cloud platform, cybersecurity, or infrastructure-related projects. Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional implementations involving multiple stakeholder groups. Strong experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers. Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, reporting, and issue management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with executive visibility. Success Factors Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute immediately. Experience working within a Security PMO or cybersecurity organization. Understanding of cloud security concepts across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud. Familiarity with security governance, risk, compliance, and cloud security best practices. Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
