About Job The Cloud Server Operations Engineer ensures the timely SLA-based resolution of (1) server fault tickets which may involve cross-team collaboration and vendor coordination, (2) OS reboot, reinstallation and recovery, and (3) on-call tickets, troubleshooting and operations recovery management.
