Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions. Lead Hyper‑V, S2D, Azure Stack HCI, and Failover Cluster implementations. Perform architecture design, migration planning, health assessments, troubleshooting, and operational reviews. Support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity services. Configure and manage SCVMM/System Center environments. Assist customers with hybrid cloud integration between on-premises infrastructure and Azure. Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and operational best-practice guidance. Work closely with account teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platform delivery, or IT consulting. Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills. Experience engaging with enterprise architects, IT managers, and technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to independently drive technical discussions and project delivery.
