The Cloud Systems Engineer at Infor plays a critical role in supporting and evolving Infor’s enterprise cloud platform. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure supporting our industry cloud solutions. Your work ensures that Infor's applications are always available, highly performant, and secure—delivering value to thousands of customers across the globe. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning and configuration of systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across networking, compute, and storage layers. Assist in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to streamline application deployment. Monitor system health, performance, and availability using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus. Work closely with security teams to implement cloud governance policies and support compliance requirements. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to continuously improve system reliability. Collaborate with development, product, and architecture teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application needs. Basic Qualifications: Experience managing cloud environments, preferably in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience of Linux and Windows system administration in a cloud context. Experience with automation and configuration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet. Experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI). Experience of networking concepts including load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and VPNs. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar. Experience with service mesh, cloud-native observability stacks, and zero-trust security models. Experience working in regulated industries or on solutions requiring high availability and disaster recovery.
