Overview D365 Cluster Project Manager Location: Remote (UK/Europe based) with international travel as required. Flexible working to support global time zones as required. Employment: 12 month project based role. ROLE SUMMARY: The Cluster Project Manager is accountable for driving disciplined, evidence-based delivery of an allocated Highlander deployment cluster from discovery and mobilisation through to hypercare exit. The role sits within the PMO team and is intended to provide dedicated project management ownership per deployment cluster, each cluster compromising of more than one manufacturing site and/or sales offices. This is a delivery leadership role which also includes a high level of detailed administration as required to successfully execute the deployment. The postholder will translate the global Highlander deployment methodology and global programme plan into a live cluster plan, orchestrate all workstreams against that plan, maintain robust governance evidence and escalate risks early where delivery confidence is weakening. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Play a central role in our wider Highlander global programme team and align all activities, plans and reporting to our overall Highlander programme plans and delivery methodologies Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones through MS Project Online and Microsoft DevOps to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources and manage project scope and timeline effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Work alongside all other programme team members including testing, data, security, reporting, change management, business process owners to foster collaboration in the delivery against the plan. Build and execute plans for the transition of the solution to BAU teams. Qualifications Requirements: Strong project management experience on ERP, D365 F&SCM, business transformation or other complex multi-site technology-enabled change programmes. Proven ability to manage complex integrated plans, workstream interdependencies, governance forums, risks, issues, actions and delivery reporting. Experience working with global or multi-country stakeholders, manufacturing sites, business process owners, internal delivery teams and external partners. Strong understanding of implementation phases such as discovery, fit/gap, build, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and BAU transition. Confident use of project and collaboration tooling such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI or equivalent delivery-reporting toolsets. Desirable experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM deployment experience in a manufacturing organisation. Experience of operating within a PMO reset, audit remediation, assurance or programme recovery environment. Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple delivery partners and geographically dispersed teams. Project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent practical experience. Travel and working pattern The role will require flexibility to support international sites and programme meetings across time zones. Travel will be required for key deployment phases, including discovery, readiness reviews, testing, dress rehearsal, cutover, go-live and hypercare as agreed by PMO leadership.
