Co-Founder

We're looking for a Vested Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join SynsureTech and help build WikiSure.

SynsureTech is building the semantic governance layer for regulated, multi-party ecosystems.

WikiSure connects policies, definitions, contracts, APIs, and operational decisions into a shared, versioned, and auditable semantic layer. It does not replace existing GRC, compliance, document-management, or identity systems. It helps organisations—and AI-enabled workflows—interpret and apply the meaning across those systems consistently and defensibly.

We already have a technically validated pilot-stage product, documented architecture and governance, and an active route into the insurance ecosystem. The next challenge is to turn this foundation into a secure, scalable, commercially relevant enterprise platform.

We are looking for a hands-on technical founder who wants to own:

• Engineering execution and technical delivery
• Execution of platform architecture, scalability, security, and reliability within our governed architecture framework—and a leading voice in evolving it
• APIs, enterprise integrations, privacy, and access-control boundaries
• Product decisions that balance customer value with technical discipline
• Future engineering culture, hiring, and technical partnerships
• Technical due diligence, fundraising support, and long-term strategy

You should bring strong technical leadership in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, AI, data systems, or security—and the judgment to build pragmatically without over-engineering. Experience in regulated markets, enterprise integration, semantic technologies, interoperability, or AI governance is highly valuable.

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity with standard vesting. We are open to a short mutual founder-evaluation phase before formal appointment, focused on architecture review, collaboration, and shared fit—unpaid and equity-free. Vesting begins once a documented founder agreement is signed, at which point substantial delivery and long-term CTO responsibility begin.

Remote within Europe. Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.
