Role Description This full-time Co-Founder role at True Chance is a hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work from home. The Co-Founder will help define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and growth initiatives, working closely with other founders and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, shaping product and service offerings, overseeing sales and marketing activities, and building key partnerships. The role also involves managing budgets and financial projections, setting operational processes, and ensuring the organization is aligned with short- and long-term goals. The Co-Founder is expected to contribute to team leadership, talent development, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Riyadh, with strong self-management and time-management skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach to solving operational, commercial, and strategic challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or entrepreneurial experience are an advantage.
