Role Description

As a Co-Founder at Frentra, you will help shape the company’s vision, strategy, and roadmap while driving execution across key business functions. This contract, remote role involves defining and validating product-market fit, overseeing go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating on partnership and community-building efforts in the Web3 space. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, developing and refining the business model, leading sales and marketing activities, and building relationships with strategic partners, investors, and collaborators. You will also work closely with other team members to prioritize features, align operations with company objectives, and represent Frentra at industry events and online communities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user insights, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment, community engagement, and clear articulation of vision and value proposition.
• Proven sales skills, including pipeline development, relationship management, and closing partnerships or customer deals.
• Marketing experience, preferably in tech or Web3, including brand positioning, growth initiatives, and community-driven campaigns.
• Research skills to explore market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in Web3 and education technology.
• Prior startup or founding experience, with the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts (blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs) and strong interest in decentralized technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate ownership, and collaborate effectively across time zones.
