Role Description As a Co-Founder at Reservya, you will play a key role in defining the company’s vision, strategy, and operational roadmap in the restaurant services market across Egypt and the Middle East. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Athens, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market and customer research, refining the business model, and setting measurable growth targets. You will collaborate on building and executing sales and marketing plans, forming strategic partnerships with restaurants and other stakeholders, and overseeing product and service development. The role also involves managing budgets, contributing to fundraising activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and establishing processes that support sustainable, scalable growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand markets, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with partners, team members, and stakeholders, and to represent the company externally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to develop leads, close deals with restaurant partners, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to design and implement campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Experience in startups, hospitality, or restaurant technology is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and operate in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek or Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
