We have the technology, the vision, and the core infrastructure in place. Now, we are looking for a Marketing Co-Founder to drive our Go-To-Market strategy, establish our brand presence, and lead customer acquisition.

The Role: Co-Founder & CMO

We are not hiring an employee or a contractor; we are looking for a true business partner. You will take full ownership of building our marketing machine, growth engine, and strategic positioning from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute the launch strategy targeting enterprise and B2B segments.
• Brand & Positioning: Consolidate SyntheticWorker's brand identity and lead presence across key channels (focusing heavily on LinkedIn).
• Lead Generation & Growth: Design B2B acquisition funnels (Inbound & Outbound) to drive demo requests and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Content & Copywriting: Oversee high-impact messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Strategic Growth: Partner directly with the technical founding team to align product development with market demands.

Who We Are Looking For

• Founder Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and ready to embrace the grit required in an early-stage startup.
• B2B / SaaS / Tech Background: Proven understanding of B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Growth Marketing Mastery: Proficient in marketing automation, outbound strategies, LinkedIn campaigns, and funnel optimization.
• Strategic & Hands-On: Able to design high-level brand strategy while actively executing day-to-day marketing tasks.
• Fluent English: Strong written and spoken communication skills for international positioning.
