Co-Founder (Commercial Partnership & Business Development) – Fashion & Luxury Tech

About the Opportunity:

Rise and Fame is looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to help build and scale an innovative customer engagement platform for the fashion, luxury, beauty, and sustainability industries. Our platform combines AI and blockchain technologies to help brands create personalized experiences, premium loyalty programs, exclusive memberships, event access, and token-powered communities.

This is an opportunity to become part of the founding team and shape the company's growth across Europe.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute the company's European go-to-market strategy.
• Generate new business opportunities with fashion, luxury, beauty, and retail brands.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and strategic partners.
• Create engaging LinkedIn content and establish industry thought leadership.
• Represent Rise and Fame at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Support fundraising through investor outreach and compelling market storytelling.

Who We're Looking For:

• Early to mid-career professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, or premium consumer brands (required).
• Strong LinkedIn B2B sales and lead generation experience.
• Comfortable creating content and engaging prospects on LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of AI, Web3, Blockchain, and NFTs (required).
• Existing network of brands, investors, or industry contacts is a strong advantage (preferred).

Compensation structure:

• Co-Founder equity.
• Salary of EUR 50k-75k following successful fundraising.
• 25–50% commission on closing business deals.
• Performance bonus upon successful fundraising.

Working Style:

• Remote and flexible.
• Monday–Friday, approximately 3-4 hours per day.
• Daily alignment meetings with the founding team.
