sansaino is looking for a technical co-founder and CTO to help build a global company around the future of technical work.

sansaino is a verified workforce platform helping companies hire IT, data center, and critical infrastructure professionals for project, part-time, and full-time work across onsite, hybrid, and remote roles.

Our bigger vision is to redefine how companies build and access technical teams globally.

This is an opportunity to join while the company is still early enough to shape the technology, product, team, and direction.

This is not a traditional CTO role.

You would join as a true co-founder, with founder-level equity, influence, ownership, and responsibility for what we build next.

What you’ll do

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and product direction
• Build and improve the platform hands-on
• Lead our AI and data capabilities
• Build technology that can scale securely and reliably
• Work closely with customers and turn real problems into product decisions
• Help decide what we build, what we do not build, and where we go next
• Recruit and lead the future engineering team
• Work closely with the founding team on product, customer growth, fundraising, and company strategy

There will not be a large engineering team or layers of process around you. You should enjoy building, testing, solving problems, and moving quickly.

Who we’re looking for

You may be a former founder, early engineering leader, or exceptional builder who has taken products from zero to one.

Previous founder or co-founder experience is strongly preferred.

You should have:

• Deep technical ability and a strong software engineering background
• Hands-on experience building and launching products
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud, data, APIs, and modern software development
• Experience in startups, high-growth technology companies, Big Tech, system integrators, or strong engineering environments
• Global experience, especially building products, teams, or companies across different markets
• Experience making technical decisions in an early-stage environment
• Strong interest in AI and the future of work
• A founder mindset: resourceful, ambitious, curious, practical, and execution-focused
• Kind, grounded, low-ego, and respectful.

A Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical degree is a plus, but what you have built matters more. A strong global network is a plus, especially across technology, startups, enterprise, or investors.

Most importantly, you should want to build a company, not simply join one.

Location

Finland or the Nordics is preferred, especially as we are currently fundraising and building the company here.

However, location is not a deal-breaker. If you are based elsewhere and are the right person to build this with us, we are open to it.
