Build the next generation of customer engagement.

Rise and Fame is building a new customer engagement layer for fashion, luxury, beauty, and premium consumer brands.

We combine AI, blockchain and digital assets to help brands rethink loyalty, clienteling and community, from personalized experiences and premium memberships to exclusive events, VIP access and token-powered engagement.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to lead our European growth and help turn the vision into a scalable business.

This is not a traditional sales or marketing position. You will be part of the founding team, work directly with the founders, and have the opportunity to shape our commercial strategy, brand positioning and growth across Europe.

What You'll Build

• Define and execute Rise and Fame's European go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and develop relationships with fashion, luxury, beauty and premium retail brands.
• Open doors with senior executives across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Innovation, Loyalty and Web3.
• Represent the company at conferences, private events and industry gatherings.
• Contribute to fundraising, investor relations and the company's broader growth strategy.
• Help shape the product based on market feedback and customer needs.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines industry knowledge, commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive.

Required

• Mid-career professional having experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, or retail brands.
• Proven ability to develop B2B relationships and generate commercial opportunities.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and experience with B2B prospecting and lead generation.
• Solid understanding of AI, Web3, blockchain and digital assets.

Preferred

• Existing network within fashion, luxury, beauty or retail.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers. Experience in a start-up, scale-up or entrepreneurial environment.
• Investor or fundraising experience.

Compensation

• Co-Founder equity
• 25–50% commission on successfully closed business
• Performance bonus linked to successful fundraising
• EUR 100k annual salary following successful fundraising
