Role Description This is a full-time, remote Co-founder with Investment (New Vertical) role focused on launching and scaling a new business line within AgniCorp Media. The Co-founder will work closely with the founding team to define the vertical’s vision, develop the business model, and create go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, identifying high-potential customer segments, and shaping positioning and messaging for the new vertical. The role involves building and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving sales pipelines, and overseeing core marketing initiatives to validate and grow the vertical. The Co-founder will also contribute capital, participate in key decision-making, manage performance metrics, and ensure sustainable growth aligned with AgniCorp Media’s brand philosophy.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, evaluate opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment, partnership building, and clear internal collaboration.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and managing relationship-driven pipelines.
• Hands-on marketing experience, ideally in digital or brand-focused environments, to drive awareness and growth.
• Solid research skills to explore new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends in branding and digital media.
• Prior experience in founding, co-founding, or scaling a startup or new business vertical is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to operate autonomously in a distributed environment.
• Background in branding, creative agencies, or digital businesses is a plus; relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and willingness to invest capital into the new vertical.
