Your Tasks As a coaching leader, you will support skilled and dedicated colleagues across TRATON in their cost follow-up work You will lead our cross-functional PCO teams and be responsible for developing and maintaining our methods, tools, and training This role offers a broad network across TRATON, and you will train and coach the business in our processes You will also contribute to developing methods for generating ideas for cost rationalization projects Our main tools include FRAS, PowerBI, and our established processes Your Qualifications You hold a university degree or equivalent You have previous experience in leading others You are positive, creative, structured, and humble with a strong leadership profile You are a communicative team player who can shift between detail focus and a holistic perspective You are curious about how your area impacts the bigger picture and strive to achieve results through others You adapt your communication style to suit different audiences Your leadership is clear, and you work both operationally and strategically You take initiative and build strong relationships Broad experience from Scania/TRATON is an advantage You are fluent in English Fluency in Swedish, German or Portugues, is a plus We offer Flexible working hours with trust-based working hours Up to 80% working remotely as well as 20 days/year working from abroad in the EU 30 leave days + 6-8 additional free days due to conversion option Attractive compensation with 5 special payments Benefits and employee discounts including VW leasing offers Company pension scheme Digital learning from everywhere Global career opportunities with TRATON brands in Sweden, USA and Brazil Job information This position is with TRATON R&D Germany GmbH in München (department TGRMPMC (70471663)).
