We're looking for a COBOL Developer to join a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical Custody Services applications, contributing to the stability and evolution of key business systems. Your Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance existing Mainframe applications. Perform technical analysis and propose appropriate solutions for business and technical requirements. Produce and maintain technical documentation. Estimate effort and complexity for development and maintenance activities. Execute unit testing and ensure the quality of delivered solutions. Support incident resolution and application maintenance activities. Collaborate with an international team focused on the stability and continuous improvement of critical services. Your Profile: 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in Mainframe environments. Strong hands-on experience with COBOL (IBM Developer for z/OS) and the ability to work autonomously. Solid knowledge of DB2 and SQL . Experience with JCL . Knowledge of MQSeries is considered a plus. Experience with application maintenance, enhancements, and support activities. Ability to produce technical documentation and perform technical analysis. Experience with unit testing and validation of developments. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical thinking and organizational capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in structured and business-critical environments. Languages: English (B2 level minimum) is mandatory. French is a plus. Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
