Work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to understand desired performance, assess learning needs, and develop appropriate training solutions. Monitor course participants' progress throughout assigned courses. Conducts post-training evaluations and analyze results. Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentialed from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) preferred. Reg Health Info Admnstr credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred. Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred. Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. Work Experience: 1 year of experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking 40 hours a week | M-F | Hours between 6 AM - 6 PM Central Time Zone (bulk of work between clinic hours of 8 am - 5 pm) | No weekends or major holidays CPC or CCS-P required with 3-5 years of direct coding experience.
