algoacquisition, an AI-native B2B outbound agency, is hiring an appointment setter based in Ethiopia to work on behalf of one of our clients. You'll be contacting warm leads by phone and email, qualifying them, and booking meetings into our client's calendar.

We run outbound systems for recruitment, staffing and B2B services companies, so you'll be speaking with business decision makers rather than consumers. The leads you call have already engaged with our campaigns, so this is follow-up and booking, not cold calling from scratch.

What you'll do:

• Call and email leads generated by our campaigns to book appointments
• Qualify prospects against the client's criteria
• Schedule consultations directly into the client's calendar
• Follow up persistently and keep the pipeline moving
• Log activity accurately in our systems

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or near-native)
• Personable, upbeat and comfortable on the phone with US business audiences
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow documented processes exactly
• Stable internet connection and reliable electricity (backup power a big plus)
• Good quality headset, two screens preferred]

Shift: 9am - 5pm Eastern Time (4pm - 12am East Africa Time), Monday to Friday.

Once hired, your shift slot is permanent. You'll work the same days and times each week.

Pay is $5 USD per hour (roughly $870 per month full time), plus $5 for every appointment you book and another $5 for every appointment that shows. Strong setters earn $1,200+ per month all-in. Paid reliably in USD every month.
