Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Remote, Commission + Bi-Weekly Pay + Ramp Bonus)

Who we are: A young team growing fast. We build websites for home-service contractors (roofers, HVAC, plumbers, remodelers) across Canada and the USA. The kind of websites that get them more booked jobs and make them look legit online.

We're hiring remote cold callers to book those contractors onto our closers' calendars. If you can hold a phone and take a "no" without flinching, keep reading, because this is not the usual "commission only, good luck" gig.

Most setter roles hand you nothing and pay you a month later. We do the opposite.

What you get on day one:

• Leads and a dialer handed to you. No buying lists, no hunting for numbers. You log in and call.
• Full scripts, objection handling, and training. You dial, we coach.
• Paid bi-weekly, not 30 days out.

How the pay works:

• 10% commission on every deal you set that closes, uncapped.
• A $300 bonus on each of your first 5 closed deals, so you earn real money while you ramp.
• Big performance bonuses on top for the people who produce.
• Real growth opportunity. We're scaling, and our best setters move up into bigger roles on the team.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to contractors using our proven script.
• Qualify them and book them with our closing team.
• Log your calls and show up to a short daily huddle.

What we're looking for:

• Coachable, consistent, and unbothered by rejection.
• Clear English on the phone.
• Your own laptop, headset, and reliable internet.
• Full time, fully remote.
• Someone who can do 100+ calls a day.

This is not for you if you need a base salary, go quiet after three "no"s, or want to wing it without a script. We run on activity and honesty.
