We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Collaboration Cloud Engineer to lead technical execution and support for complex platform migrations and advanced workspace optimizations. In this role, you will specialize in Gemini Enterprise (GE) and AI enablement , bridging the gap between cloud collaboration platforms and next-generation productivity tools. This position will require technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure successful data transitions and the implementation of platform-native AI features. You will perform technical tasks across the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and AI readiness assessments through to final cutover and the rollout of AI-driven productivity solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: Migration & Deployment Implement, and support Google Workspace small to mid deployments and migrations. Assist in the design, implementation, and support Google Workspace Enterprise deployments and migrations. Oversee the deployment and lifecycle management of ChromeOS devices, ensuring seamless integration into the client's existing infrastructure. AI & Gemini Enablement Configure and implement Gemini Enterprise features and platform-native AI tools to optimize organizational workflows and end-user productivity. Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop implementation strategies for the seamless adoption of Gemini and other collaboration-focused AI technologies. Client Relations & Strategy Participate in technical discussions with customer executives that drive decisions and implementation. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to scope technical engagements, ensuring accurate technical discovery and identifying strategic opportunities to integrate gPanel and Gemini Enterprise solutions. Train our clients' end users and their technical personnel as required per project scope. Write technical documentation for deployed solutions that includes end-user guides and process manuals. Write, Contribute, Publish content to our LMS for Google Workspace content. Anything else that needs to be done that adds value to the business, our clients and your co-workers. Technical Operations & Security Manage cloud networking services and connect to client networks. Execute tasks related to SaaS configuration, development and integrations. Configure and manage Cloud Platform services and APIs. Develop custom scripts as necessary using Powershell, Python or Appscript. Assist in the deployment and configuration of Chrome Enterprise policies to support secure device management for clients. Configure and manage Google Workspace Endpoint Management, including device enrollment and security policy enforcement across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms. Lead Chrome Enterprise Premium (CEP) implementation within Google Workspace projects, including the configuration of advanced Chrome browser and device policies to enhance organizational security. Manage browser-based security settings, including data loss prevention (DLP) and malware protection, to safeguard client environments. Goals Achieve a 100% data migration success rate while maintaining 99.9% data integrity and security standards across all multi-platform collaboration deployments (e.g. GWS). Successfully enable Gemini Enterprise and platform-native AI features across multi-platform collaboration environments as required, independent of migration workflows. Maintain a post-implementation Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.5/5.0 or higher regarding technical execution and deployment support. Ensure seamless management of client MDM solutions to improve security posture. Ensure 100% compliance with client security policies during the configuration of MDM and Chrome Enterprise device management solutions. Drive measurable adoption of Gemini Enterprise features within client organizations, ensuring technical readiness and alignment with security and compliance standards. Skills and Qualifications: Proficient knowledge of DNS, Networking and Email Administration 3+ years of experience administering MS Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace (Formly G Suite) 3+ years of experience with and/or understanding of Office 365, Exchange or SharePoint Online 3 + years of experience with migration tools (Google Workspace Migrate, CloudM Migrate, Movebot, Bit Titan, etc.) 3+ years of working with integration tools Okta, ADFS, GAM, Bettercloud, CloudM Manage, GCDS, etc. Familiarity with IT security practices such as identity and access management, device management and data protection Ability to travel to client sites as needed and requested This position is highly client facing, candidates will be required to demonstrate strong communication and management skills Prior Google Workspace deployment and/or administration experience Certification (preference): Google Cloud Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Engineer, Associate - Google Workspace Administrator Demonstrated understanding of generative AI fundamentals and the practical application of platform-native AI features within enterprise collaboration suites.
