Location: U.S. Residents Only (select states may apply) ✨Position Overview: We are currently hiring remote customer service agents to handle collections and sales support calls . This role is perfect for individuals who are confident on the phone, can handle sensitive conversations, and are comfortable offering solutions to customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Handle inbound & outbound calls Assist customers with account balances & payment arrangements Provide customer support while maintaining professionalism Offer solutions and upsell services when appropriate Accurately document all call details What We’re Looking For: Strong communication & listening skills Ability to handle collections conversations professionally Comfortable with sales and upselling Basic computer skills + ability to navigate multiple systems Quiet, distraction-free workspace Equipment Requirements: Desktop or laptop (no tablets/Chromebooks) Wired USB headset Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi) Training Details: Paid training available ?
