Position Overview
The College Application Specialist (CAS) is a specialized senior mentoring role focused on supporting juniors and seniors through the most demanding stages of the college admissions process. CAS are seasoned strategists and exceptional writers who serve as subject-matter experts on all aspects of the U.S. college application process.
In addition to one-on-one student mentorship, the CAS will play a strategic support role across their team—offering specialized application guidance, conducting mock profile reviews, contributing to internal resources, and elevating best practices for mentors and families navigating the senior year.
This role combines deep mentorship expertise with cross-functional impact and is best suited for experienced mentors with a passion for the storytelling, strategic, and logistical nuances of selective admissions.

As a College Application Specialist you’ll join a team of highly accomplished educators and advisors who combine exceptional academic backgrounds with a passion for guiding students through their high school journey and college applications.
What we offer you:
This role is being hired at Tier 2 within our career framework, with a targeted base salary range of $90,000-$96,000. This position is part of a broader multi-tier structure, and compensation may vary over time based on experience, performance, and internal advancement opportunities. In accordance with applicable law, this range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
