Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced and intellectually driven mentors to guide high school students in building strong, authentic profiles for undergraduate admissions to top universities in the United States and United Kingdom.
This is not a generic admissions consulting or application-processing role.
Mentors work closely with students to help them discover their strengths, develop meaningful academic and extracurricular initiatives, and build cohesive profiles that demonstrate depth, initiative, leadership, and intellectual curiosity.
The role is best suited for individuals who enjoy mentoring ambitious students through long-term growth, helping them transform interests into impactful projects, and guiding them toward competitive global university applications.
What You’ll Do- Guide students from exploration → specialization → impact → application readiness
- Help students identify meaningful academic and extracurricular pathways aligned with their intended majors and university goals
- Support students in developing:
- Passion projects
- Research initiatives
- Leadership and community impact projects
- Competitions and academic enrichment activities
- Personal portfolios and intellectual narratives
- Mentor students in areas such as:
- US & UK undergraduate admissions strategy
- Academic profile development
- Extracurricular planning
- Research and independent projects
- Leadership development
- Summer programs and enrichment opportunities
- Personal branding and narrative building
- Help students create structured timelines, milestone plans, and execution frameworks
- Encourage authentic, high-depth profiles rather than resume-padding activities
- Provide feedback on project quality, essays, portfolios, presentations, and written work
- Support students in effectively communicating their achievements, interests, and long-term aspirations

Required Qualifications- Current or completed Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD from a reputed institution
- Strong understanding of US and/or UK undergraduate admissions ecosystems
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to guide students through long-term profile development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High ownership, reliability, and student-centered thinking
Preferred Experience- Prior experience in profile building, admissions mentoring, or student counseling
- Experience guiding students applying to top US/UK universities
- Familiarity with Common App, UCAS, extracurricular strategy, and essay development
- Experience mentoring research projects, leadership initiatives, or independent explorations
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability
