Overview
We are looking for a passionate Retail, eCommerce & Digital Marketing professional to work and lead different projects that require planning, execution and optimization concrete customer projects either on Marketplaces, Direct to Consumer or Omnichannel Shopper initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting retail connection with consumers.
- Coordination with teams who plan and monitor the ongoing company retail strategy with any other department in Publicis Groupe.
- Capability to asses, audit and make proposals to improve retail strategies on Marketplaces, Direct to Consumer and Omnichannel shopper.
- Savvy and expert in retail media, retail distribution and online ecommerce trends in order to be capable to propose strategies up-to-date and able to analyse different tools to improve effectiveness of the different projects assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar; or +5 years of experience in online or experience as eCommerce or Marketplace manager.
- Experience working with Amazon Ads and managing Vendor Central and/or Seller Central platforms.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Understanding of Commerce environment, challenges and trends in order to be able to both prescribe strategies and support on the execution and team leadership to accomplish the targets assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.

- Have working knowledge of Python for web scraping, dashboard development, and data visualization using Power BI.
