Commercial Analyst

Our Headquarter office in Corby is currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Analyst. About the role As a Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders across the business. You will support a wide range of day-to-day commercial activities and play an important role in helping the team deliver high-quality, timely, and commercially focused support across the business. This is a varied role that will provide exposure to commercial operations, bid and tender activity, client onboarding, due diligence, and business development support. Key responsibilities Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables Lead Expressions of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification activities Review contracts and agreements, identifying key negotiation points and challenges Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes Maintain memberships and subscriptions Support the onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides Collaborate on business development event summaries and presentation materials Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments Issue and maintain Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) statistics, forms, and documentation Skills and experience We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines Good MS Office skills Strong administrative and technical capability Good attention to detail and the ability to interpret instructions accurately A well-organised and proactive approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills A flexible, team-focused mindset A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the wider team Why Join Us?
