STRE Commercial operates as a licensed estate agency in Australia and offers services across buyers agency, leasing, management, mergers and acquisitions, and development.

Role Description - Commercial Buyers Agent is a full-time remote role responsible for representing commercial property buyers throughout the acquisition process.

On a day-to-day basis, the agent will research and source suitable commercial assets, analyse market data, and prepare property shortlists aligned with client objectives.

The role includes conducting due diligence, coordinating inspections, liaising with selling agents, and advising clients on pricing, negotiation strategies, and risk considerations.

Commercial Buyers Agents manage transaction timelines, support contracts and documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as legal, finance, and property management.

Ongoing responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, monitoring portfolio, prospecting for new clients, performance, and identifying future investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate, buyers agency, or investment advisory, with strong skills in property research, market analysis, and deal evaluation.
• Proficiency in negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building to represent buyer interests and secure favorable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of leasing, property management principles, and basic financial modeling or cash flow analysis for commercial investments.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions or development feasibility assessments is advantageous.
• Relevant real estate license in Australia, plus knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements - Victoria.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information clearly to clients.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, time management, and use of digital tools/CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in property, finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior commercial property experience is highly valued.
