Role: Commercial Insurance Premium Auditor Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable). Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am Philippine time Work Setup: WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga) Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing premium audit reports for various types of commercial insurance policies. Analyzing premium audit reports and communicating your findings through writing. Entering updates to policies based on those audit reports, adhering to established guidelines and underwriting instructions. Reviewing of information obtained through audit support team, ensuring all records have been submitted. Requesting additional information and records from insured to complete the audit, in compliance with state regulations and audit guidelines. Maintaining working knowledge of all insurance manuals, premium audits manuals, and related material. Inputting a summary of audit information in Premium Audit Tracking System for final Audit Transaction to determine premium adjustment. Works across a larger span of geographical territory, understanding state specific rules and guidelines. Qualifications: Must have academic and working knowledge of US accounting & GAAP (General accepted accounting principles). Must have worked as accountant or as premium auditor for US companies for at least 1+ years. 3+ years experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of General Liability and Workers Compensation is required. Must be able to clearly communicate (via email and over the phone) during premium audit process with commercial policyholder & insurance agents. Will need to work between 7am CST and 7pm CST with expected work hours of 40 hours per week.
