Commercial Lead Setter

Benefits: Bonus based on performance We are seeking a Commercial Lead Setter to generate and qualify appointments with commercial prospects for our sales team. This is a remote, commission-only role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and emails to commercial prospects, including property managers, facility managers, and property management companies Qualify decision-makers and schedule appointments for the commercial sales team Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in the CRM Follow up on and nurture warm leads Requirements Strong phone and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace B2B appointment-setting or sales experience preferred but not required Compensation 100% commission; structure discussed during the interview Uncapped earning potential Tools Provided Lead lists, scripts, and CRM access This is a remote position.
