Role Description The Commercial Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The role involves managing commercial activities across key markets, including pricing, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management for animal nutrition products. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business plans, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting sales and procurement teams to optimize margins and growth. The Commercial Manager will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on commercial strategy, monitor performance against targets, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership. This role also contributes to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market presence and enhancing customer value.
Qualifications

• Strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills to oversee agreements, pricing, and customer terms.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to evaluate market data, forecast demand, and support strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated Team Management experience to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and guide stakeholders toward shared objectives.
• Experience in international trade, B2B sales, or supply chain within feed, animal nutrition, or related agribusiness sectors is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple commercial projects concurrently.
