Commercial Manager – Data Centres
Zurich, Switzerland | 1 Week On-Site / 1 Week Remote
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading consultancy working on a major Data Centre project in Zurich.
This is a senior commercial position for an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with significant Data Centre experience and a strong track record of delivering commercial management on major projects.
The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of a major Data Centre project, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure effective commercial control and delivery.
The role operates on an attractive 1 week on site / 1 week remote rotation, offering the opportunity to work on a major international Data Centre project while maintaining a flexible working pattern.
About You
We are looking for a high-calibre Commercial Manager with:
- Minimum 8 years' Quantity Surveying / commercial experience.
- Proven Data Centre experience - essential.
- Strong experience working on major construction projects.
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Strong cost management and commercial management skills.
- Experience managing commercial matters within complex, technically demanding projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The confidence to operate at a senior level and take commercial ownership.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach.
This is a role for an experienced and technically strong commercial professional who can add value from day one. Candidates without previous Data Centre experience will not be considered.
