Commercial Manager – Plastisur Position Purpose Ensure the growth and consolidation of Plastisur as a leading brand in the southern region of the country by achieving sales targets in the housing and infrastructure segments, effectively managing the commercial team, and successfully implementing growth plans in alignment with the company's values. Key Responsibilities Manage sales activities and support marketing initiatives within the served markets. Lead excellent customer service and maintain direct management of key accounts. Define objectives, monitor performance, and develop the commercial team under responsibility. Evaluate costs of key products and propose or define pricing and commercial strategies. Ensure the profitability and margin protection of products within the assigned portfolio. Implement key projects impacting the Plastisur brand and the commercial team. Coordinate and support collection efforts carried out by the sales team. Lead the development and introduction of new Plastisur products. Position Complexity Manages the local commercial team in the southern region of the country. Collaborates with Brand A sales representatives across the rest of the country. Develops and executes special commercial projects, including new product development initiatives. Analyzes sales, pricing, market, and profitability data to support business decisions. Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of marketing activities. Works collaboratively with other department leaders involved in southern region operations. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Language Skills: Intermediate to Advanced English. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, or in a similar leadership role. Additional Requirements High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
