The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial real estate and sales. Position will focus on Commercial Real Estate Debt, Equity and/or Investment sales. Willing to train the right candidate with no or limited experience . Commission based position. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Work with senior Managing Director on existing accounts to process new leads and analyze new deals. Drive leads through interacting with new clients. Problem solve for complex financing solutions with commercial properties. Ability to use excel and power point to analyze deals and market them to lenders or other sources. Secure best terms for the client. Follow up through underwriting process to closing. Help with post closing asset management. Job Type: Full-time Flexible work from home options available.
