Commercial Vendor Manager

We’re looking for a Commercial Vendor Manager to lead the work related to our largest partner contracts within Real Estate & Technical Sites. I’m Annika Lööv, Head of Real Estate and Facilities Management at Telia Infra Real Estate & Technical Sites , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on maximizing the value of Telia’s unique infrastructure with focus on the transport networks and Telia’s real estate portfolio in Sweden. What you’ll do: In the role of Commercial Vendor Manager , you will act as the prime stakeholder and manage a selection of our external partners and suppliers that carry out work related to Telias largest sites. You will be responsible for upholding an efficient governance at various levels and be the main interface and central contact point at Telia. You will own the agreements throughout the contract life cycle and collaborate both internally and externally. We are on a transformation journey where you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing our partner interfaces, enabling us to work smarter and accelerate our digital transformation. Your key competencies Experience in negotiations and ability to take decisions while overseeing operations, escalations and supplier deliveries. A background from working with several interfaces both externally and internally, preferably from a technical organization, a regulated industry or a business environment with multiple regulatory changes. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills – experience in evaluating options, building business cases that support safe, reliable and cost-efficient deliveries. Familiarity with working in a project-oriented way and meeting both deadlines and budgets – a background from the consultancy industry or having worked with construction contracting (ABT/ABK) is merited. Bachelors in economics or engineering are an advantage. Only applicants with Swedish citizenship will be considered for this position due to the mandatory security vetting.
