Role Description This is a Full time or Part-time Financial Advisor role based in Muar, offered on a hybrid basis with some flexibility to work from home. The Financial Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored takaful and financial solutions, including protection, savings, retirement, and investment-related plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, presenting suitable product options, and supporting clients through the application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, and providing periodic reviews and recommendations. The Financial Advisor will also participate in training sessions, team meetings, and community or client outreach activities as required.

• Ability to provide comprehensive Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services aligned with client goals.
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments, including basic risk management and portfolio diversification concepts.
• Skills in Medical Plan, Protection plan & Retirement Planning, including assessing long-term needs and proposing appropriate savings or protection strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and ethical judgment.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services, takaful, insurance, or advisory roles is beneficial but not mandatory; appropriate licensing or certification as required by local regulations will be an added advantage.
