Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: 8pm to 5am (Philippines) Primary Function/General Purpose of Position The Communications Expert produces communication deliverables assigned by the Communications Manager. Assisting the Communications Manager bring global communications and brand messages to life across PR, internal channels, and professional platforms. The role focuses on content development, localization, coordination, and production support, and working closely with the communications team to ensure timely , accurate , and high-quality delivery of communications that reinforce global brand goals . Essential Job Functions Coordinates the execution of communications deliverables and brand-aligned messages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output across PR, internal channels, and assigned channels & platforms (e.g., social media, news, and industry media, etc.) Localize and prepare global communications deliverables and campaign materials for use in the assigned audiences, adjusting for context, language, and cultural nuances while upholding brand standards. Support the Communications Manager in coordinating projects, organizing messaging and reporting materials, communications toolkits , ensuring materials are ready for deployment . Work within prescribed communication framework and strategy defined by the Communications Manager. Handle day-to-day content production tasks and working closely with design, creatives, productions, PR, and media partners, and brand alliance partners to deliveron briefs and campaign requirements. Assist the Communications Manager in all internal engagement work, creating clear, actionable communications content Serve as a capability resource when needed, providing support for the organization as a whole, facilitating the sharing of best practices and knowledge across the organization. Licensing/Certification N/A Education Bachelor’s degree (required) Work Experience 3 years of experience in communication, PR, media, or related writing and communications roles (required) 1 year of experience as a Communications Expert in a global communications exposure, and Global Business Services (GBS) environment (preferred) 1 year of experience in events management (preferred) Training N/A As a Bon Secours Mercy Health associate, you’re part of a Mission that matters.
