About the Company

A leading global bank is establishing its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its communications function. You will help a marquee organisation tell its story clearly, to its people and to the world, from the ground up. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Communications Specialist, you will plan and write internal and external communications that keep employees informed and the brand consistent. You will turn updates and messages into clear, well-timed communication people trust.

Key Responsibilities

Internal & Corporate Comms

• Write internal updates, newsletters, and leadership messages
• Support announcements, town halls, and employee communications
• Keep tone, accuracy, and timing consistent across channels

External & Brand

• Draft external communications, press notes, and brand messaging
• Partner with HR, leadership, and marketing on key narratives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in corporate communications, PR, or content
• Excellent written English and a clear, professional tone
• Strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail
• Clear spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to a bank, GCC, or large multinational environment
• Experience with internal communications or employee engagement
• A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
